Our Story
My journey to discovering a MiracleMission didn’t begin with a plan—it began with a moment that changed everything. Like many, I was deeply committed to my work in education and leadership. But through a personal experience that reshaped my perspective, I came to realize something powerful: our greatest impact often happens beyond our job titles, in how we serve others.
My name is Jason A. Conway, Ed.D., and The MiracleMission Discovery Project was born from that realization.
It started with my own MiracleMission—Running4Miracles—where I run marathons across the country to raise money and awareness for premature babies and children’s hospitals. What began as a personal calling has grown into something much larger: a movement to help others discover their own MiracleMission.
The MiracleMission Discovery Project empowers individuals and organizations to uncover their unique purpose and live it out through coaching, workshops, and keynote experiences. This work continues to expand through storytelling, including a future podcast and book, Within Every Heart Lies a MiracleMission—Discover Yours.

Who is Jason Conway?
With over 30 years of experience in education, leadership, and public speaking, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and organizations unlock their fullest potential. My approach blends practical strategies with a deeply personal commitment to purpose-driven living—guiding people to discover their MiracleMission and take meaningful action beyond the day-to-day.
Through keynotes, workshops, and coaching experiences, I work with schools, organizations, and teams to create more than inspiration—I help create transformation. By combining proven frameworks, interactive experiences, and real-world insights, participants gain clarity, strengthen collaboration, and align their work with a deeper sense of purpose.
What makes this work different is that it’s not just something I teach—it’s something I live. Through initiatives like Running4Miracles, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of purpose in action.
